‘오묘하고 신비한 휘인만의 다채로운 빛!’
휘인이 2022년 1월 16일 두 번째 미니앨범 발매한다.
지난 4월 발매한 1st Mini Album 'Redd'를 통해서 독보적인 콘셉트와 무대로 대중에게 본인만의 음악적 색깔을 각인시킨 휘인은 2nd Mini Album [WHEE]를 발매하여 그녀만의 매혹적인 보이스와 신비로운 감성을 한층 더 선보인다.
휘인의 2nd Mini Album [WHEE] 앨범은 'WEST', 'EAST' 2가지 버전으로 구성되어 있으며, 해가 지는 듯한 오묘한 분위기와 휘인의 매력적인 눈빛이 담겨있는 보라색 커버의 버전이 'WEST', 해가 뜨는 듯한 신비로움이 고스란히 담겨진 올리브색 커버가 'EAST'버전이다.
[WHEE] 앨범에는 총 6곡이 담겨있다.
이번 앨범은 특히 기타 사운드와 휘인의 감각적이고 세련된 보컬 톤으로 가득 담아낸 앨범이다.
휘인만의 음악적 색채감이 더욱 선명해진 이번 앨범 [WHEE]의 타이틀곡 ‘오묘해’는 업 템포의 비트와 묵직한 베이스가 돋보이는 곡으로, 가장 중독적인 훅을지닌 트랙이다.
‘오묘해’는 또한 그루블린, 더 라이브 레이블의 대표수장 라비(RAVI)가 휘인을 위해 직접 작사에 참여한 곡으로, 해외 작곡가 Sam Klempner, Asia Whiteacre, Jon Eyden 과 그루블린 PUFF, Xydo(시도)가 협업하여 완성도 있는 트랙을 이끌어냈다. 어딘가 오묘하게 마음이 가고 닿을 듯 말 듯 한 경계를 오가는 가사가 인상적인 곡이다.
‘Pink Cloud’는 미디엄 템포 곡으로 감각적인 편곡과 휘인의 부드러운 음색이 가장 돋보이는 곡이다. ‘하루 끝 해 질 녘 석양’, ‘회색빛 하늘이 핑크빛으로 물들이고’, ‘하얀 구름 틈으로 언뜻언뜻 보이는 환한 빛을 바라볼 때 우리는 달콤한 공기를 덮어주는 기분을 경험하게 된다’는 내용을 담은 가사로 한 편의 동화 같은 그림을 떠올리게 해준다. 곳곳에 배치된 단어들이 포근한 위로의 온기를 전해줄 것이다.
‘Letter Filled with Light’는 첫 번째 솔로 미니앨범 ‘Redd’에 수록된 ‘봄이 너에게’라는 트랙의 두 번째 연장선을 지닌 휘인이 작사한 트랙이다. 이전 앨범 봄은 휘인이 태어난 계절이라면 이번 곡은 ‘light=빛날 휘’ 라는 자신의 이름에 빗대어 표현해낸 곡으로, 팬들에게 들려주고 싶은 글을 편지처럼 담아내 보내고 싶은 휘인의 정성스러운 마음이 담겨진 사랑스러운 곡이다.
‘Deserve (Interlude)’는 최소한의 악기구성과 휘인의 보컬에 집중하여 대화를 이끌어내는 곡이다. 안갯속에서 깊게 빠져드는 느낌을 주는 매혹적인 사운드로, 이번 앨범에서 가장 센티멘탈한 분위기로 신비하고도 몰입감을 주는 보너스 트랙이다.
‘파스텔’은 그루브한 리듬감과 부드러운 멜로디를 동시에 충족시켜주는 트랙이다.
유난히 검었던 하루, 휘인이 나비처럼 다가와 내게 파스텔 톤의 색채를 선물해 준다는 가사로 물들인 곡이다.

■ Domestic shipping lost/damage
- We are using Lotte Logis for domestic shipping. In case of loss or damage due to Lotte LogisLogistics, you need to complain before the deadline below.
- Damage: within 14 days of the date on which the package has been shipped out.
- Lost: within 30 days of the date on which the package has been shipped out.
- Investigation cannot be received if the time limit for loss or damage has expired
■ Order Cancellation
- You can cancel your order by pressing the 'cancel' button from My Page.
- Your order can be canceled if the order status is 'ordered' or 'preparing for items,' but it cannot be canceled if your order is a purchase from an event or if the status is 'preparing for shipping.'
- The cancellation process will start within two business days, and the refund process may take 3~7 business days, depending on the payment method.

b. If the payment has already been made by credit card, the payment may be refunded next month.
